Personalised books are custom-made to include your name, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

🔴 Please note: This includes our limited edition Time Traveller series — Books One, Two, and Three — which contain permanent, printed personalisation.

Because the buyer’s name is physically included during the production process, these editions are considered personalised and non-returnable — even if names are anonymised or abbreviated (e.g. initials only).
